Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Cincinnati Lacrosse Academy ("CLA") app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

CLA provides lacrosse training services including:

• In-person training sessions, camps, clinics, and scrimmages.
• Free access to a video library of training content through the mobile app.
• Membership plans for regular in-person training access.
• Event booking and session pass management.
• Mental performance and mindset content.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Memberships: Membership fees cover access to in-person training sessions. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual). You may cancel at any time through the website.

Event Bookings: Payment is required at the time of booking for paid events. Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Session Passes: Session passes are valid for the duration specified at purchase. Unused sessions are not refundable after the pass expires.

Lacrosse is a contact sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in CLA events and training sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to:

• Participate at your own risk.
• Provide accurate medical and emergency contact information.
• Follow all safety instructions from CLA coaches and staff.
• Wear appropriate protective equipment as required.

CLA, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during training, events, or any activities associated with our services, except in cases of gross negligence.

All participants, parents, and users must:

• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow athletes with respect.
• Refrain from abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior.
• Not use the app to share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Report any safety concerns or misconduct to CLA staff.

CLA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and deny service to anyone who violates this code of conduct.

All content in the CLA app and website, including training videos, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Cincinnati Lacrosse Academy and Schertzinger Company Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The training videos and content provided through the CLA app are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Download, record, or redistribute any video content.
• Share account credentials to provide access to others.
• Use the content for commercial coaching or training purposes.

You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.
• Active memberships should be cancelled before account deletion.
• Pending bookings will be cancelled.
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Cincinnati Lacrosse Academy sends account and service text messages to members who provide their mobile number: sign-in codes and links you request, membership and billing notifications, training schedule updates, and operational alerts to academy staff. By providing your phone number you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or text (513) 444-5199.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

CLA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
