Cincinnati Lacrosse Academy

The off-season is when a player actually changes

In season there is a game every week. There is barely room to fix a shot, add weight to a bar, or build a habit that lasts. The months between seasons are the ones with room in them, and that is the room we are built for.

Five mornings a week, all year

Monday through Friday. In the summer that is 8 to 12; once school starts it moves to the afternoon. Lacrosse and strength in the same session, coached by current and recent college players who were doing this work themselves a year or two ago.

Nothing about it is a camp week or a one-off clinic. It is the same group, the same field, most days — which is the only way skill actually compounds.

Skill

Reps that add up

Stick work, shooting, and situational reps every session. The kind of volume a season never leaves time for.

Strength

Built alongside, not after

Strength and conditioning in the same morning, so it is part of training rather than something to fit in later.

People

A group worth showing up for

Boys and girls from schools across the region, 7th grade and up, in the same room most days of the week.

Two ways in

Come once and see what a morning is actually like, or join for the month. Neither one asks you to commit to a season.
